Activity:://:: We DO have activity requirements here. The SL Administrators ask that you keep active so that the SL can move on and progress. Staying active could be through Group Play, IM play or Forum Play but we do ask that you give all three a try. Mingle with all the members.
Requirements:://:: The activity requirements are as follows. We expect to see at least two logs a week. weather they be MB, IM, EMAIL or CHAT The more the better but to stay in the SL at least two It is not alot to ask, and not a lot to achieve. Its all about Participatition
Forum:://:: Joining the Forum is Mandatory. It is not a request it is a demand. All announcements, updates, member listings, logs and what ever else we can think of will be on there. Not to mention that some rp will be taking place on there as well. This is a well rounded SL, MB activity is only part of what needs to be done to really get involved.
CRP:://:: CRP stands for Cross Role Playing. Cross Role Playing is when you, the mun, know something OOC (Out of Character) and then Bring that information int Play through your RP character. You are not your character and OOC things should be kept as so. If anyone is caught CRPing they will be automatically booted from the SL with out warning.
Respect:://:: R.E.S.P.E.C.T is not just a song my friends. If you wish to play in this SL you must have Mun respect as well as Character Respect. Do not hate the mun for the characters actions and if by chance you do not get along with the mun of a character, get over it. Do not allow your feelings towards the mun effect how your character is RP'd in the Story Line.
Maturity:://:: This SL is rated R for graphic Violence, Language and Adult situations. No not all Adult situations are of the Sexual nature but it can happen. If you can not get into a rated R movie, please do not bother applying to the Fated Souls Story Line.
Logs:://:: All logs weather they are group RP or One on One RP are to be posted on the MB for Public view. A rating (G, PG, PG 13, R or X) is to be displayed at the top of every log that is posted to give the reader a fair warning of its content. Also, if it happens to be a group RP please list the characters at the top of the Log.
Do I have to make a character site?
No you do not. it is not a requirement. how ever if you would like to do so then Please feel free to do so and give us the link to attach to your characters picture on the main site. There is a place for you to post your Characters history and Stats on the MB.
Can I play a cannon character?
Of course you can. Cannon characters are available for play but you MUST be active. We can not stress this enough. Playing a main cannon character means that we expect you to go above and beyond the requirements we set forth for the others. Please check The List page and see who is taken and who is still available for play.
Can I make an Original Character?
Of course you can. We here at Fated Souls love new characters! Good Bad or in between. We love them all and encourage you to make OC (original characters) for the SL.
What if I am not familiar with one or more of the SL's Show basis?
If you are not familiar with the television shows, Buffy the Vampire Slayer (BtVS), Angel, or Supernatural that is alright. Please do not apply for a cannon character if you are not well versed.
Can my character die with out my consent?
Yes. That is the simple answer. If you put your character in a situation where realistically they can not escape from death and no one is around to save you then yes they can indeed die.
Do you use dice?
No we do not. Dice are for board games and Yatzee. If you are a good enough rper you know when to accept a blow or when to block a blow. when to strike and when not to. You can not Block or dodge every punch or kick. You can not dodge bullets. Every one gets their ass kicked, even Buffy.
